Mary Ellen Gornick, president of The CPA Group, leads a team of WorkLife consulting professionals and spearheads "EAP WorkLife Systems".
A nationally recognized expert in the WorkLife field, Ms. Gornick has a broad range of experience implementing WorkLife strategies for a wide range of companies. Ms. Gornick has served as president of the Alliance of WorkLife Professionals, co-authored Developing a Child Care Center: A Health System Decision-Makers Guide, named as one of 100 Woman in Chicago Making a Difference, and has been a frequent contributor to Benefits and Compensations Solutions and EAPA magazines. She is on the Associate Faculty for the Boston College - Center for Work and Family - Alliance of Work Life Professional Certificate Program and is also associated with the Entrepreneurship Center, in the School of Management at Purdue University.
